    Hi, I am a Logan DSL 1.5 car user. I bought it from Silver Jubilee, Pune, Maharashtra. I had a very poor after sales service experience, from the dealer. One year before I tried to raise my voice against this very very poor and negligent service for one particular incidence. Then I also spoke to Mr. Kiran Ahaluwalia from Silver Jubilee and Mr. Sanjay Jagtap, who is the owner of the showroom. I created all the evidences like photographs of my car, the video recordings of my conversations with their representatives etc. After this, when Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Kiran looked into it personally then showroom created a good support system and I got my car properly done. But after this whole effort, and the involvement of top bosses of the showroom, it seems that nothing has really changed.
    This time my cars front glass automatically got a crack, when it was standing still. I again sent it to the showroom. Nobody took it sincerely and tried to find that how could it happen, and they recommended me to get it replaced in insurance. As I was already frustrated and did not want to argue on it with anybody I did the way I was directed and got it replaced. I believe, that when the front glass is replaced then the vipers are supposed to be checked by the technical team. My car vipers were working properly, when it was given in the workshop. But when it came back they were not working and when I tried to operate them first time they just went haywire and damaged my car side arms and left few scratches on it. After this I spoke to the manager Mr. Kabir Ansari (Who always gave me a good service) and he apologized with me, and accepted that it was a big mistake from their side. He told me that he will send somebody and could never manage that. This is happening from almost a month, and I am just frustrated with this attitude.
    I dont understand that how come one can deliver the car, without checking even the area where technical team have done the repair works?
    Why there is no system to check, if not the final quality, then at least to check, whether the said work is completed or not.
    And in spite of having such a pathetic service how come Mahindra still like to keep dealership with such a poor company, which is greatly responsible and contributing to the spread of bad name of the brand.
    Today though I know that Renault is a great brand world wide, just because of this poor after sales service, I don’t wish to recommend it to any of my known circle. And never from Silver Jubilee.
