		<description>Hi, I am a Logan DSL 1.5 car user. I bought it from Silver Jubilee, Pune, Maharashtra. I had a very poor after sales service experience, from the dealer. One year before I tried to raise my voice against this very very poor and negligent service for one particular incidence. Then I also spoke to Mr. Kiran Ahaluwalia from Silver Jubilee and Mr. Sanjay Jagtap, who is the owner of the showroom. I created all the evidences like photographs of my car, the video recordings of my conversations with their representatives etc. After this, when Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Kiran looked into it personally then showroom created a good support system and I got my car properly done. But after this whole effort, and the involvement of top bosses of the showroom, it seems that nothing has really changed.
This time my cars front glass automatically got a crack, when it was standing still. I again sent it to the showroom. Nobody took it sincerely and tried to find that how could it happen, and they recommended me to get it replaced in insurance. As I was already frustrated and did not want to argue on it with anybody I did the way I was directed and got it replaced. I believe, that when the front glass is replaced then the vipers are supposed to be checked by the technical team. My car vipers were working properly, when it was given in the workshop. But when it came back they were not working and when I tried to operate them first time they just went haywire and damaged my car side arms and left few scratches on it. After this I spoke to the manager Mr. Kabir Ansari (Who always gave me a good service) and he apologized with me, and accepted that it was a big mistake from their side. He told me that he will send somebody and could never manage that. This is happening from almost a month, and I am just frustrated with this attitude.
I dont understand that how come one can deliver the car, without checking even the area where technical team have done the repair works?
Why there is no system to check, if not the final quality, then at least to check, whether the said work is completed or not.
And in spite of having such a pathetic service how come Mahindra still like to keep dealership with such a poor company, which is greatly responsible and contributing to the spread of bad name of the brand.
Today though I know that Renault is a great brand world wide, just because of this poor after sales service, I don’t wish to recommend it to any of my known circle. And never from Silver Jubilee.

		<description>Was the clutch cable changed at 40,000 (I am assuming this is the fourth service)? If not, change the clutch cable. This definitely softens up the clutch. That said, I still have some issues with the clutch. Otherwise, the car has been reasonably well-behaved.

		<description>Recently 11 months back i bought Logan 1.5 DLE( sep 2008).The serious problem i had last week(17 Aug 09) was, vehicle break down and when service man checked and informed , problem with the clutch.Later day , the workshop called me and told the clutch plates, assemble bearing .etc had problems and asked to replace to a new spare parts of Clutch , costing around 13,000 approximately.The workshop also claimed that there is no warranty on clutch , that too for a car not even crossed a full year.
Can someone pls guide me on this warranty issue for the clutch parts.

1. clustch  is so hard it serviced 3 times still nothing worked out. Paid money and Bought logan, without paying Logan prvoide sever Back-pain.
Worst part this is not safe car, The wiper is so bad. In heavy raining conditions not will visible. The Driver sided right hand corner absolutley not visible. In heavy rain you have to stop the card otherwise you will hit meridian.
Reverse Lamp is so bad only right hand side you will see something left hand side you can&#039;t see any thing.

		<description>I am a Logan user for 11 months.
Due to a problem of dealer with allotment of DLS which we booked to someone else we had to compromise on DLE with some features which could be added to be comparable with DLS.
The dealer threw some extras to cover up teh difference as we had already done all the paperwork for financing and was in urgent need of teh vehicle.. Due to there inability to provide us teh vehicle ontime they di dprovide us their demo car which was a great gesture .. an I really appreciate their efforts to satisfy us.
So the experience of teh deal was not taht pleasent but at last we got a car to move aroudn teh town..
then the problems started as while fitting extra to make it comparable to DLS the front dash board had gap..., teh dvd screen was rattling the auto locking system does not really lock teh doors when you out teh keys in .. so its of no use as such for me.. a mother of 2 kids.. i still have to stretch my self to lock all 3 doors except driver&#039;s.
The quneching noise problem of all four doors.. yoiu feel like you are travelling in a hunted car which makes teh noise as you see in horror pictures.. you are embarrassed as your new car is making noise more than 4 year old hundai your friend owns.
Persistant complaint and 3 services has not resolved teh problem yet.. and its near to end of warrenty..
I was told that the R&amp;D dept has found that this a common problem in Logan.. Usually teh manufacturer shoudl recall teh cars and fix the problem.. here they are applying step by step solution.. and i have to send my car for a whole day spending almost 200 rs as it atleast 50 km from my house and i have to pay 60 Rs toll ..
its a waste of money and time.. after giving them a call they had asked me to send an e-mail for which i have not received any reply..
I am very disappointed and will see if my complaints are not heard then i will go to next level.. any ideas what should i do?
BTW.. does anyone knows.. when you send teh car for service.. should not they give you a report even if it was Rs. 0 billing as the servicing is under warrenty?

While the cars fantastic the service levels are extremely poor. I get my car serviced at Sterling Motors Co. GP 11, HSIDC Sector 18, Gurgaon. They have practically spoilt the tyres of my car. Since I complained there have been multiple inspections of my car / numerous phone calls and the works, but nothing to resolve the issue.
My request to them for contact numbers/ e mail ID of superiors( especially Mr Goenka who used to regularly appear in the media spearheading the &quot;With you Hamesha &quot; campaign) did not meet with a response. I am e mailing this with the hope that finally someone informs him of how far removed is his expensive Campaign from the ground realities that I got to experience. I don&#039;t want to keep sending the vehicle back so that it can be checked, rechecked and rechecked.
I am just one of the many thousands of customers that they have, who has put in his hard earned money to buy your product. Even if they don&#039;t respond I don&#039;t think there is anything that I can do other then bear it, but I promise you that this is the last time I will ever buy a Mahindra product in my life.
I need access to Mr Anand Mahindra to update him how poor the service levels are at the ground. However every one in the company that I interact with has blocked me and refused to give me an  email that will allow me to make contact.
